Hi, I’m Doug Schrift — Physical Therapist and Senior Fitness Coach. I’ve spent my career helping thousands of seniors improve their strength, balance, and daily function. As a senior myself, I understand the challenges that come with aging, and I know firsthand that it’s never too late to become stronger, steadier, and more confident in your body.

I created My Senior Fitness Coach to give older adults simple, effective exercise courses they can follow every day — even if they’ve never exercised before or feel physically weak. My motto is simple: you can improve your strength and stability at any age, starting right where you are.
