About The Course

Welcome to Workin' it! Level 1 Beginner 4 week course. This course has 20 exercise videos, a warm up video, and a cool down video. New routines are introduced each week. We will use some accessories in this course including dumbbells and platforms. Exercise daily Monday to Friday for 4 weeks like this: 5 min: WARM UP with the seated warm up exercise video before you start the exercise video. 10 min: EXERCISE with the daily exercise video. 5 min: COOL DOWN with the seated cool down video after you are done exercising. Glad you are in the Academy and starting to build your strength and stability.
