About The Course

I created this course in response to members that needed something easier than LEVEL 1 in order to build up some strength and endurance. This may be due to a recent hospitalization or illness. You will not need any equipment other than an armless chair. How to use: Exercise for 12 days with these exercises. Start with one a day. At the end of twelve days, begin again with each workout 2 times a day. This will give you 24 days of preparation for LEVEL 1 Classes or other classes in the Academy.
