About The Course

This three‑class balance program is designed to strengthen all three major systems of balance: sensory awareness, posture and stability, and confident motion. Each 30‑minute session uses simple household items — a chair, pillow, solo cups, yardstick, and flashlight — to create fun, practical exercises seniors can do safely at home. You’ll be guided through every movement with two participants demonstrating the exercises, making the class easy to follow and encouraging for all ability levels. Together, we’ll train your sensory system to feel the ground beneath you, improve posture and core stability for better control, and practice motion skills that help you move confidently through daily life. This series is gentle, engaging, and designed to help seniors build steadiness, strength, and real‑world balance.
