Fit Start is a beginner exercise course for seniors taught by Douglas Schrift, Physical Therapist and Senior Fitness Coach. Each class includes a 5‑minute warm‑up, a 10‑20 minute targeted exercise routine, and a 5‑minute cool‑down.
