Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported as you begin your fitness journey. If you purchase one of our Programs or Pricing Plans and feel it isn’t the right fit, we offer a simple and fair refund policy.

14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase of:

  • Online Programs

  • Program Upgrades

  • Pricing Plans (including the $297 plan)

If your request is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Completion Limit

To keep things fair, refunds are only available if you have completed less than 20% of the Program content.

Once more than 20% of the Program has been viewed or completed, the purchase becomes non‑refundable.

One‑Time Bonus Sessions

If your plan includes a free 30‑minute Welcome Session, please note:

  • The session has no cash value

  • It is not refundable

  • If the session has already been booked or completed, the plan becomes non‑refundable

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14‑day window, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your name

  • The email used at checkout

  • The program or plan you purchased

  • The reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

What Is Not Refundable

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago

  • Programs where more than 20% has been completed

  • Plans where the bonus session has been used or booked

  • Missed or unused sessions

  • Gifted or transferred plans

Access Removal

If a refund is approved:

  • Your access to the Program or Plan will be removed

  • Any included bonuses or sessions will be canceled
