Beginning of June: Qigong daily, usually a total of a couple of walking miles a day, and gardening with the bend, stretch, and carrying that comes with that.
Lots of walking because I'm doing a 140 mile-goal challenge.
June 13 restarted some upper body exercises here at My Senior Fitness Coach site. Aiming to get back to more strength training.

Yes, I have not looked into Velo. I am using the basic Wix builder. Wix had a nice forum until last year but discontinued it and wants everyone to use the groups. Not sure I would trust ai to create a forum😜

Good work, Kathy. I’m glad you started a Progress Log like I did. I think it will work fine. When you add to it use the edit feature and put your new comments at the top so it is the first thing people see.
